Small, compact bush, ±40cm, with profusion of yellow button flowers all summer. Perfect for sandy soils of coastal gardens, plant in mass or as cheerful clay pot and mixed bowl subject. Does well if watered and fed with organic fertiliser or 3:1:5 regularly, prune to keep neat.

Sutera 'Forever White' [PBR ZA 20104437]

Diascia 'Juliet Orange' PBR

Trusted, low maintenanc plant used extensively in large and small landscapes, in mass or in borders. Good for interplanting as insect repellent. Dainty mauve flowers most of the year, delicious in salads. Leaves emit strong garlic smell, medicinal. Drought tolerant but likes water during dry spells.

Othonna capensis
Attractive low growing succulent with grey green, fleshy, rolled leaves and yellow  daisy like flowers.  Excellent edging or rockery plant for very dry areas. Top dress with organic or chemical fertilizer in spring for best show and remove dead flowers to encourage longer flowering.

Dymondia margaretae

Flat growing, yellow flowers in summer - excellent between paving stones. Prefers a moist position. Feed with organic fertiliser and water regularly for best results. Can be planted in sun if kept well watered, but prefers a lightly shaded position.

Drought tolerant attractive plant with blue centred showy white iris flower. Adapts to almost any garden position, flowers best in full sun, most effective planted in groups.
